Research On The Evaluation Of Innovation Ability Of Xinjiang Dairy Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,dairy products,especially milk in the daily lives of the people become more and more important,but also an important indicator of national economic development.Xinjiang as an important pastoral areas in China,the number of cows more,behoove dairy industry has become an important pillar industry,the economic development of Xinjiang,the history of the development of many ethnic customs and agricultural and animal husbandry long determines the development of the dairy industry in Xinjiang has a long history,has been showing a strong momentum of development.However,we are sure of dairy enterprises in Xinjiang have made outstanding contributions to the economic development at the same time,it must be admitted that some of the problems existing in the development of dairy enterprises in Xinjiang,is an important problem facing Xinjiang dairy enterprise innovation ability is not strong,resulting in Xinjiang dairy enterprises generally lack the competitiveness of Xinjiang dairy enterprises based on the most narrow market in Xinjiang not always,"Yili" and "Mengniu" leading enterprises to compete.Therefore,to enhance the innovation ability of Xinjiang dairy enterprises is the key to the competition and sustainable development of Xinjiang dairy enterprises.This paper summarizes the evaluation and innovation ability of enterprises at home and abroad related theory,analysis the elements of innovation ability of dairy enterprises,through the study of relevant literature,analyzes the main influence factors of Xinjiang dairy enterprises in terms of innovation,on the basis of the influence factors and the relevant literature to construct the evaluation index system of innovation ability of dairy enterprises,this system is composed of 4 one class index,namely innovation capability,innovation ability,innovation ability,innovation ability of manufacturing output,a level index corresponding to the 12 level two indexes such as R&D personnel input intensity input intensity,the use of R&D funds,evaluation of enterprise innovation capability and reasonable model,the index weight using entropy method to determine the index in the system,select 4 representative dairy enterprises in Xinjiang as the research object,with the domestic first-line dairy enterprises "Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial group Limited by Share Ltd " for comparison of enterprises,using the selected dairy enterprises related to innovation and standardization of original data,calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of dairyenterprises,through comparative analysis,find out the key factors affecting the innovation ability of dairy enterprises in Xinjiang.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the innovation ability of Xinjiang dairy enterprises.
