Research On The Agricultural Science And Technology Innovation Ability Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasures Of Xinjiang Production And Construction Crops

The theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and quantitative analysis were used to analyze and elaborate the conception of science and technology and its component elements, as well as science and technology innovation ability of agriculture and the establishment of integrated evaluation indicator system. Summarizes and analyzes the present situation of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps agricultural science and technology innovation ability and the existing problems. At the same time, according to the actual situation and characteristics of the Corps of agricultural science and technology innovation, the technology innovation ability is determined mainly by the Corps agricultural investment in agricultural science and technology innovation potential, ability, output ability and contribution ability of four elements. Design and selection of the most can reflect the multiple indicators Corps agricultural technology innovation ability essence and power, eventually formed by a total of1indexes and4first level indexes and13two level indexes to empirical evaluation on the ability of innovation of science and technology of xpcc.The contribution of this thesis is, the innovation ability of agriculture of13divisions of XPCG,2universities and Xinjiang academy of agricultural reclamation and17agricultural leading enterprise were evaluated and analyzed by means of integrated evaluation indicator system. The talented person, innovation in science&technology supporting conditions, S&T inputs, production, teaching, research cooperation and Agro-technological extension5main factors which influence innovation ability of agriculture of XPCG were selected. The right countermeasure and advice to improve innovation ability of agriculture of XPCG were put forward.
