In 2016 the global TV market growth is slowing down,showing a weak state of development,even so,the competition between main TV player has never been interrupted,accompanied by various Internet TV brand was born,the traditional TV manufacturers feel the heavy pressure of competition.Under the present situation,in order to seek to continue to grow in the Red Sea,TV players need to seek new breakthroughs in technology research,and constantly develop new markets;on the other hand,they need to constantly enhance the management efficiency,continue to reduce operation costs,improve service level.This paper analyzes the status of sales management of color TV products in T Company,and finds out many problems in the sales management of T Company.This paper starts from the problems of sales demand forecast and sales strategy to study.Paper analyzes the reason for inaccurate sales forecast,compares different forecasting methods,and brings forwarder the improvement scheme of forecasting according to the characteristic of TV products.Secondly,this paper presents a new sales strategy.As seasonal shortage is one of the characteristics of TV industry,this paper suggests to classify the customers of T company into ABC three categories according to the Pareto principle,then put forward different customer management method to different customer classification;at the same time,this paper proposes to use ABC product management method to manage different product range,sets up safety stock for key products.At the end,this paper introduces the performance of T company after using new forecasting method and new sales strategies,it adds several measurements to ensure the new forecasting method and sales management strategy to be effectively executed as well.The content of this paper can be acquainted by more and more TV companies and serve as useful reference when making out sales strategy.
