The study chooses Shenzhen internet enterprises employees as samples.Through questionnaire survey,to study if autocratic leadership,democratic leadership and laissez-fair leadership show influence on employees' turn intention,and the mediating role of psychological empowerment.Do literature review,questionnaires,then analyze the collected data by using SPSS19.0,including descriptive statistics analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating role analysis to draw the following conclusions:(1)Autocratic leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention.Democratic leadership style has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.Laissez-faire leadership style has a significant positive effect on turnover intention;(2)Psychological empowerment has significant negative effect on turnover intention;(3)Autocratic leadership style has a significant negative effect on psychological empowerment.Democratic leadership style has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment.Laissez-faire leadership style has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment.(4)Psychological empowerment has a partial mediating effect between autocratic leadership and turnover intention.Psychological empowerment has a completely mediating effect between democratic leadership style and turnover intention.Psychological empowerment has no mediating effect between laissez-faire leadership style and turnover intention.
