Based on the social exchange and cognitive evaluation theory, employees will lead the style of these external factors into individual internal psychological contract. Employees feel its own value from the organization and emerge the responsibility of returning, employees in emotional dependence and belonging will result in lower employee’s turnover intention. However, the difference of the two kind of enterprises, lead to management disparity and staff of the cognitive bias to the organization’s responsibility.Using questionnaire survey for research. Leadership style is divided into transformational leadership and transactional leadership style, Rafferty’s transformational leadership style questionnaire and Bass’ s transactional leadership style questionnaire, Psychological contract adopted Liyuan’s psychological contract questionnaire and Meyer’s turnover intention questionnaire. Investigating to hunan, guangdong, jiangxi, Shanghai and other regions of the 12 companies, 279 employees as samples.The results show that: Firstly, leadership style has a significant positive effect on psychological contract. Private enterprises are in the stronger positive correlation. Secondly, the psychological contract has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, Private enterprises are in the stronger negative correlation. Thirdly, leadership style has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, Private enterprises are in the stronger negative correlation. Fourthly, In the state-owned enterprises, the psychological contract works as a complete mediation effect between leadership style and turnover intention, In Private enterprise, the psychological contract works as partial intermediary role between the leadership style and turnover intention.The study first through correlation analysis concluded that the more employees perceived leadership style, the higher level of employees’ psychological contract. The higher the level of employees’ psychological contract and turnover intention is lower. Employees perceived leadership style is stronger, the less employee turnover intention. Further, Through regression analysis we found that private enterprise leadership style better than the state-owned enterprises to predict psychological contract employees and turnover intention. Private enterprises Psychological contract better than owned enterprises to predicted turnover intention of employees. Then, through the intermediary inspection, validation of the psychological contract has a mediation role in leadership style and turnover intention.Finally, discussed the limitations and and suggestions for future research direction.
