Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the growth stage,as the main driving force for China's rapid economic development,rely on their outstanding creativity to continuously promote the development and prosperity of China's information technology.However,in the face of a fiercely competitive market and a highly mobile market,the loss of core employees,in particular,has severely hampered the development of growing enterprises.The departure of core employees not only affects the growth process of the company,but also may cause the company to decline.Therefore,research on the turnover tendency of core employees in growing companies is extremely important.This research takes the leadership style of growing companies as the starting point,and explores the influence of leadership style on the turnover tendency of core employees in growing companies.First,based on a review of relevant literature and the clarification of concepts of growth companies,core employees,leadership styles,psychological contracts,and core employee turnover intentions,this article systematically reviews related theories: social exchange theory,and enterprise life cycle theory.And leadership style theory.Through the review of the literature and the study of this article,it is necessary to select the transformational leadership style and the transactionalleadership style to explore its correlation with the turnover intention of core employees in growing companies and build a hypothesis model for this research.Secondly,this paper adopts the maturity measurement scale of each variable and designs a questionnaire for the core employees of growing companies.A total of 253 valid questionnaires are collected through online platforms and paper distributions.SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software The collected data were tested for reliability and validity,correlation analysis,and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses proposed in this paper.Finally,the empirical analysis results show that:(1)the transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style significantly negatively affect the turnover tendency of core employees in growing companies;(2)the relational psychological contract,developmental psychological contract,and transactional psychological contract in leadership Intermediary between style and core employee turnover intention.According to the results of empirical analysis,this article systematically proposes three management suggestions for effectively reducing the turnover rate of core employees at the theoretical level for the growing company: first,focusing on choosing a leadership style that is conducive to the growth of the growing company;second,establishing a good relationship with the core employees Psychological contract;the third is to attach importance to the personal developmentand career planning of core employees.
