With the new era of information technology revolution,the new production technology is being produced and continue to replace the traditional backward production technology.We are a big manufacturing country,manufacturing industry in industrial structure occupies an important position,the traditional manufacturing technology is simple,extensive production methods and manufacturing resources such as a serious waste of the status quo,our country development manufacturing information technology strategy which promoting manufacturing industry from a single production to service-oriented,from the low-end value chain to high-end,from manufacturing to manufacturing power of the new manufacturing strategy.Cloud manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode that combines the traditional physical resources with the Internet,computer technology,knowledge,information and so on,which is to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and to satisfy the customers' demand for product diversification.It is the result of the change of traditional manufacturing to new manufacturing and the technological revolution.In this paper,we are to research cloud manufacturing resource allocation problem.Firstly,we discussed the background and significance of research on cloud manufacturing,and the research methods and the research technology route.By reviewing relevant research literature,the production mode of cloud production is summarized and the research technology roadmap is drawn,and the main methods of research are analyzed.At the same time,the theoretical foundation of cloud manufacturing and resource allocation is introduced,including the research of cloud manufacturing and cloud manufacturing resource allocation.Through comparison and analysis with agile manufacturing and grid manufacturing technology,the superiority of cloud manufacturing in resource allocation is obtained superior and innovative.Secondly,the research on manufacturing resource virtualization,through computer technology,Internet of things,wireless terminals,Internet and other advanced technology made the physical resources with knowledge,information,data integration and be transformed into virtual resources and described and uploaded to the virtual resources cloud pool.Resource virtualization technology is the physical entity resources into virtual resources and by the way the cloud is also the key to determine the allocation of manufacturing resources.After manufacturing resources are virtualized,the cloud manufacturing resources are obtained,and the resources are collected and classified and stored.Through the decomposition and task division of the product customization tasks accepted by the cloud manufacturing service platform and the resource combination optimization of the sub-tasks,the main target method and the gray relational model are used to select the optimal cloud manufacturing resource combination scheme.To ensure that the entire manufacturing task of the optimal utilization of resources and provide customers the best quality manufacturing service experience.In the end,this paper analyzes the optimal allocation of cloud manufacturing resources with the national "863" project.Through the model calculation and analysis,obtained the best cloud manufacturing resource allocation scheme,which makes the time,cost and cost of the whole manufacturing process,quality and other evaluation indicators have been optimized control.Also,tested the superiority and innovation of cloud manufacturing in the allocation of resources compared to traditional manufacturing.
