The traditional manufacturing resource planning has been unable to satisfy the requirements of the information and the large data age,if the enterprise management can be combined with the current advanced manufacturing model-cloud manufacturing,those enterprises may be able to survival and develop better.The cloud manufacturing model provides a new way for manufacturing companies to discover,acquire and utilize external manufacturing resources,which can help enterprises make up for the lack of manufacturing resources and improve the ability of responding the market changes and customer needs.However,due to the cloud node manufacturing resources may be derived from different providers,and there is a lot of uncertainty with the change of market demands,which bring a lot of inconvenience to the enterprise management.Therefore,planning and using the manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacturing services platform reasonably and effectively according to the current production tasks will be a new topic faced by manufacturing enterprises.Cloud manufacturing resource planning can be used to plan and manage the cloud manufacturing resources.In the study of planning cloud manufacturing resource,the concept of cloud sub-chain was introduced,and then the BOM(Bill Of Material)model and construction process of cloud sub-chain were studied.Cloud sub-chain BOM is a list of cloud manufacturing resource materials based on the supply sub-chain,which is a necessary condition for making plan.Based on the concept of cloud sub-chain and the basic function of traditional manufacturing resource planning system,a system model of cloud sub-chain manufacturing resource planning had been proposed.Further the model was described from the system function view,organization view,information view,resource view,process view.The other hand,the system's logical function and the data's logical flow were expressed by the data flow diagram of the top and the stratification of the system.Based on the presenting of the cloud sub-chain resource planning system model and the analysis of its business process,the method of making the cloud sub-chains' main production plan,the cloud sub-chains' material demanding plan,the cloud sub-chains' capability demanding plan and the cloud node enterprises' production plan had been put forward.In order to ensure the implementation of the plan,the scheduling and the coordination mechanisms of multi-level cloud sub-chains' plan were studied.Cloud sub-chain manufacturing resource planning and scheduling are used to solve the problem of production planning and scheduling for multiple cloud sub-chains process multiple manufacturing tasks.In addition,the method of implementation and coordination of cloud sub-chain manufacturing resource planning for different levels' cloud sub-chains and multi-subject inside the cloud sub-chains were researched from the point of multi-directional cooperation,as well as the mechanisms of project consulting,progress feedback,conflict resolving were studied.Planning the cloud manufacturing resource from the perspective of the supply sub-chain provides a new direction for cloud manufacturing and manufacturing resource planning.For large collectivized enterprises or small and medium-sized enterprises whose capacity is insufficient and need to seek outsourcing services,it can help them achieve the effective integration of enterprise resources and facilitate the planning and using of cloud manufacturing resources for enterprises and then improve the resource utilization.
