Research On Empirical And Evaluation Performance System Of Tianjin Makerspace

Innovation 2.0 and industrial 4.0 model gradually formed,cloud computing and the extensive use of large data,the relevant national policies and documents have been introduced,making the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship was excited,network,borderless,popular,diversified into innovation and entrepreneurship.The dominant features."Double gen" under the tide,as a new type of comprehensive innovation and business service platform,"a total space" which take advantage of the situation out.In 2015,Premier Li Keqiang in the State Council executive meeting clearly put forward,follow the Internet era to promote public entrepreneurship,innovation,to build for everyone "a total space" and other entrepreneurial service platform.At this point,across the country have established a variety of "makerspace",the service content,including site delivery,technical operations,entrepreneurship training and financing and other aspects,not only for innovative entrepreneurs to provide a way to exchange ideas and collision thinking,and break down the constraints of geographical conditions for innovative entrepreneurs to provide a more extensive and effective allocation of resources and access to financing sites.However,the makerspace is not a traditional sense of the transaction service platform,and business incubators are also different,not a simple collection of physical space,but a new incubation platform.What kind of logic should the operation and strategy choice in the development process should be based on what kind of standard system to carry on the effective appraisal to its running performance,is the new question put forward by the industry practice.This paper chooses Tianjin CYMF makerspace as the research sample,the research content mainly includes the following five aspects.Firstly,comb the relevant theory,incubator and guest space and other literature.This paper mainly analyzes the theory of entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,shared economic theory,platform theory and analytic hierarchy process.The development of incubator,performance factors and performance evaluation to sort out.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and performance of the pioneering space,the basis of the operation and the performance.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of the development of the city in Tianjin.Including the development of the city of Tianjin,and puts forward the development stage of Tianjin makerspacee,studies the type and operation status of Tianjin makerspace,and finds out the operation mode,profit model and existing problems of Tianjin makerspace;Thirdly,the construction of a common space operation performance evaluation index system.Based on the previous research and the evaluation index of each province and city,the performance evaluation index system of makerspace operation is constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process and the expert scoring method are used to determine the weight of the index.Fourthly,the empirical study of Tianjin CYMF makerspace performance.Select CYMF makerspace,in the evaluation of indicators and information collection and analysis based on the CYMF makerspace operationperformance test.According to the results of the analysis and test,the problems of CYMF are discussed and the corresponding mechanism is put forward.Fifth,research conclusions and prospects.Through the above analysis and research to draw the conclusion of this paper,and pointed out that the lack of research and future research direction.
