Under the strong development of global economic integration, the development of logistics enterprises of China is faced with increasingly fierce market competition. Traditional transportation and warehousing enterprises gradually transform to modern logistics, a rapidly changing market environment, the diversity of customer needs, and a growing number of industry competitors at home and abroad, there is no doubt exacerbated the competition situation of road transport logistics industry in China How to accurate, timely understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise in the fierce competition in the market, and how to ensure develop a correct development strategy and management in the complex international environment, has become a problem of logistics enterprise that need to solve quickly. Especially when faced with these foreign competitors which are powerful,with high professional level, and have rich logistics management experience,such as Courier giant UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, and so on. In this context, performance management is more and more popular by the logistics enterprise managers.Objectively, it also requires to be adapted with the logistics enterprise performance evaluation index system, and determine the corresponding performance evaluation methods,which can reflect the operation of the logistics enterprises scientifically and objectively.
