With the rapid development of social economy and network technology,Internet start-ups in China is developing very rapidly,the characteristics of Internet plus industry is the industry access threshold is low,the total assets of the requirements is not high,but as long as found with traditional industry breakthrough point,grow very fast,so it attracted a lot of entrepreneurs.Have many Internet startups.Internet startups is currently facing the biggest problem is the lack of current assets,but has technical and creative staff costs are too high,seriously affecting the company's rapid expansion,the issue of this paper is to solve the problem of compensation into Internet startups,it is necessary to carry out effective incentive for employees,and can not affect the rapid development of the company.This paper creatively the incentive system of company integrating system management and virtual equity combined,to balance the contradiction between Internet startups incentive effect and incentive cost,for many Internet startups,they are urgently needed to solve the problem,so the research results of this paper,the Internet startups,has an important practical significance.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part mainly expounds the introduction to the possible innovation of this research background,research status,research methods and the paper;the second part introduces the domestic and foreign research on the salary incentive status and literature review;the third part introduces the present situation of salary incentive in China's Internet start-up companies;the fourth part is mainly about the compensation encourage Internet start-up companies in our country,the fifth part of the Internet business enterprise J business enterprise as an example,the incentive to score system management based on virtual equity theory to optimize the salary structure of J business enterprise,the sixth part of the pay scheme on the Internet startups and put forward relevant countermeasures.
