Compensation management is the core and key in the six modules of human resources management,a good compensation system can ensure the enterprise's strategic intent to be landed and help the enterprise to achieve it's operational objectives.The Chinese economy has gone from a high growth phase to a medium growth.In this context,many traditional electronic enterprises have to transform and upgrade manufacturing industries.In this process,a large number of electronic companies can not continue any more and have to close it down,which causes arrears with the wages of employees or the payment of the suppliers,large-scale unemployment and other serious consequences.However,if handled properly,it can get through the crisis smoothly and have more opportunities.Company E which I am in is facing with such situation,then how should we deal with it?Due to the big changes of the external competitive environment,the market completion is becoming increasingly intense.The following strategies which were used previously are unable to adapt to the external changes.After much discussion,the corporate executives decided to use more active focus strategies and nibbling strategies to adapt to the challenges under the new normal economic situation,the corresponding compensation management system will need to be reconstructed to help the company to achieve strategic landing.Therefore,combining the theory I learned with practice,starting with low morale and operation troubles,By using questionnaire and interview,with searching lots of literatures and further study.I found that the old compensation system is unreasonable and has no motivation,It can not support the landing of the company's strategy,We need to re-build the compensation system.As the deputy general manager,in charge of sales and Administration,I discussed with the other executives together.We reached a consensus finally,It is to operate phased according to the characteristics of different vocational groups,using different compensation incentive methods and combined with the company's new competitive strategy.We got some preliminary results.
