Sino-saudi Economic Relations In The Perspective Of Marxist

Saudi Arabia is China’s largest trading partner in the Middle East,which established diplomatic relations late with China and has developed very fast.Although China and Saudi Arabia have totally different political system and cultural background,they still have broad common interests and maintain a friendly bilateral relationship under the environment of international economic development.As it comes to the Belt and Road Initiative,Saudi becomes an important partner in area of West Asia and the Middle East,also is critical countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.It deserves more attention.Under such a circumstance,we start with the classical concept of capital in the field of Marxism.Through the analysis of the development of capital expansion in Sino-Saudi economic relations,we found that global expansion of capital is the fundamental driving force in this process.Capital expansion has promoted the progress of human society and the precess of Globalization.Meanwhile,it leads to the establishment of transnational economic system and the formation of the world market.There are both general and specific characteristics in bilateral economic relations.When we analysis the general characteristic in Sino-Saudi relations,we found that it has experienced a continuous rise in a quality and quantity perspective.In the quantity analysis,the bilateral trade has experienced more than twenty years of development to reach the peak.Frequent high-level exchanges between the two counties broke the limit of capital circulation.In the quality analysis,Chinese enterprises actively expand investment in Saudi,which have achieve the subject diversification,economic cooperation enlargement and trade structure optimization.Besides,there is a mutual effect between the process of capital expansion and macro-controls.While we analysis the specific characteristic in Sino-Saudi relations,we hold the opinion that there are three influencing factors.They are religion factor,regional factor and strategic factor.Virtual power of capital cannot play a role in the chaos of social conditions caused by religious problems.Terrorism in Saudi Arabia is the result of capital opposition.In addition,the United States is the most important factor in the Sino-Saudi relations.China’s strategic core in the Middle East is to obtain a stable energy supply and maintain good relations with the United States with the help of the Belt and Road Initiative.We carry out a comprehensive analysis on the bilateral relations in economy by using the alrge number of Sino-Saudi economic trade data,and we finish it with the help of Marxism of capital expansion theory.In my way of thinking,there is a long way to go in developing the relations between these two counties.We should understand the fundamental driving force behind the development,and at the same time use the national power to adjust the direction of development.Through a positive political,economic and cultural interaction between the tow countries,we should establish the strategic partnership based on the oil relationship,and strengthen the common interests of these two countries to ensure China’s energy security and longterm interests.
