Research On Knowledge Service Of Jilin Science And Technology Innovation Platform

Science and technology innovation platform is an important part of national and regional innovation system,is an important carrier of scientific and technological achievements.Science and technology innovation platform in Jilin province started late,but development fastly.it has entered the stage of vigorous development,in the process of development,there still exist some problems to be solved,like the knowledge service mode is not clear,which leads to the technological innovation platform of knowledge service function has not been fully played,the service effect remains to be greatly improved.Firstly,science and technology innovation platform,content and function of knowledge service,Relevant theoretical basis are introduced,and then analyzes the Jilin province science and technology innovation platform of knowledge service status,briefly introduces the key laboratory,National Engineering Technology Research Center,the basic development of science and technology innovation center,The knowledge service flow of scientific and technological innovation platform,but the knowledge service platform for scientific and technological innovation in Jilin province also has the model needs to be clear,the ability to be improved,the content needs to be updated and some problems to be solved,which directly affect the platform of knowledge service innovation effect.In order to give full play to the effect of knowledge service in scientific and technological innovation platform of Jilin Province,this paper on the basis of the above research,a comprehensive analysis of the key factors which impact the knowledge service of Jilin province science and technology innovation platform,namely policy environment,competence,motivation and cooperation.By using the structural equation model on the mechanism of the three factors of Jilin province science and technology innovation platform of knowledge service effect is studied.Finally,from the play to the functions of the government,recognition service needs,introduce competition mechanism,deep into the actual situation of the enterprises and management mechanism innovation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of Jilin province science and technology innovation platform of knowledge service.To guide the development of knowledge service platform,improve the platform of knowledge service model,improve the efficiency of knowledge service platform,expand the knowledge service platform,to enhance the platform of knowledge service ability.
