Research On The O2O Integrated Service Model Based Face To Technology Services

ABSTRACT:O2O gradually occupied the dominant position of electronic commerce, although started late and not mature temporarily in China, but020has made the incentive competition between the big Internet companies because O2O service has reflected some advantages such as the combination of local features’development of the survival exploring innovation, giving consumers the most real consumer experience and real interactive marketing with the local merchants depth fusion, while B2C and C2C model does not have.Compared with the development of science and technology service industry both at home and abroad, it is not hard to find out that the development of science and technology service industry in China is still in the primary stage with some problems: the scale of the service institution is very small, the resources are scattered, the innovation of the service mode is insufficient, the science and technology resources can’t give play to its full role, and many other problems. How to solve the bottleneck problems of the current domestic science and technology service industry in its development, attract high viscosity of the demand side, gather more high-quality service resources, better promote the development of science and technology service industry in our country, train more leading enterprises belonging to science and technology service industry are the keys, and model innovation is Paramount.According to the above problem, this paper uses the benchmark study method, comprehensively study the development model of the science and technology service industry at home and abroad, on the basis of the integrated service model and using case analysis, taking the science and technology service industry development mode of the developed countries and the domestic as the research object, find out a service mode which is suitable for the integrated service model of the development of science and technology service industry in our country. On this basis, the author put forward the idea that adopt integrated service mode in the service of science and technology with the help of020service mode’s low cost online and offline, high degree of interaction, the relatively obvious effect and any other advantages.Analyze the feasibility whether the020service mode can be adopted in the technology services through the PEST, although there are many disadvantages and certain threat in using O2O integrated service mode, however, user-centered, users’ offline experience advantage can make the existing defects, which justifies that020integrated service model is suitable for science and technology services. In addition, this article also makes a detailed introduction about the construction of O2O integrated service mode in science and technology service industry. Finally, the author studies the020integrated service mode adopted by science and technology service integration platform, mainly studies the two subjects:one is on the basis of the content construction of the platform, take steps to research its020closed-loop; the other is to integrate020’s service process from online to offline service process into the platform, analyze the effect in various stages of the function and the need combined with its business.
