| The science and technology is the first production factor. At the background of Internet Plus, how to combine advanced information technology with traditional manufacturing industry, which will enhance the ability of science and technology innovation, is the key question about development of country’s economy. After development for years, Tangkeng Town of Fengshun county, Meizhou, has informed clusters of electroacoustic industry and industrial environment. However, problems like lack of professionals, low ability of self-developed products and limits of enterprise scale are taken seriously with expanding of industry scale, which impede regional economic growth. In fact, the methods to promote cooperation between scientific research institutions, universities, medium organizations, financial institutions and minor enterprises are insufficient which results in enterprises’ lack of advanced technology, inter-disciplinary talents and ways of science and technology achievements transformation.This thesis proposes the concept of science and technology service supply chain innovatively by theoretical research, in order to using the theory of service supply chain to explain the process of providing science and technology services to minor enterprises. At the basic of field research, this thesis also proposes the meaning of constructing science and technology service supply chain platform by systematically and comparative analysis about industry union in Tangkeng Town. Then, the thesis designs functional modules of science and technology service supply chain platform according to demands of minor enterprises, and analyzing social and economic benefits after the platform is come to use for few years. Finally dealing with problem that minor enterprises get science and technology loans and financing with difficulties in area of science and technology finance service, thesis uses method of modified Clouds’ Gravity to assess credit of minor enterprises through analysis of examples. |
