Study On The Highway Management System In Jilin

Highway is the important guarantee to promote the development of national and regional economy.Across the world,governments and peoples all recognize that the society of economic development must have modern kilometers of transportation,and the modern kilometers must have a sound highway management system.The first is an important part of regional transportation,also represents an important symbol of regional transportation modernization,at the same time,the highway also has very important practical significance for improving regional economy and people's living standards.What mode to make the management more scientific,standardized,modern,has been plagued by the management of the highway.Therefore,the "13th Five-Year" planning period,Jilin province will accelerate the pace of construction,plans to build 2700 km of highways.At present,Jilin province expressway management mode is still in the provincial transportation department directly under the Jilin Province Highway Construction Bureau of construction management,Highway Management Bureau of Jilin province directly operation management,Jilin Provincial Highway Administration jointly with the local government supervision,management fees,maintenance,service station operators such as the coexistence of three kinds of management mode management system.In this kind of management system,shortage of funds,the approval cycle is too long,the market competition disorder,lack of management talent,anti-corruption efforts lack of contradiction is very prominent,to a certain extent,restricts the development of expressway in Jilin province.Therefore,it's important to discuss the disadvantages and reasons of the current highway management system of Jilin province,and on the basis of targeted,put forward operational suggestions is imperative.According to the specific content of this research,the article is divided into six parts: the first is introduction;the second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis;the third part analyzes the detailed introduction of the Jilin province expressway management system in five aspects;the fourth part puts forward the existing management system of Jilin province the problems to be solved there;the fifth part put forward concrete suggestions for the Jilin province expressway management system;the sixth part is the conclusion.In this paper,how to strengthen the highway management system in Jilin province has made a preliminary exploration and useful attempt,Jilin province highway management system for further research has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
