In recent years,with the national investment in urban infrastructure,construction support to increase the scale of the construction of a sharp expansion of construction enterprises in the same city within the same time the project started in the form of more and more projects,multi-project Need to labor,materials,capital and other resources also increased.Among them,the pre-mixed commercial concrete as a large number of large-scale use of building materials,a single commodity concrete suppliers have been insufficient to meet the construction needs of multi-project construction,construction enterprises how to build around the construction site requirements,from the alternative concrete supply It is a key problem to solve the multi-project project management in order to improve the construction efficiency of multi-project construction in construction enterprises.First of all,it is proposed to introduce the project supply chain idea into the supply of multi-project commodity concrete.The construction model of the multi-project concrete supply chain structure is put forward,and the key to the operation process of the multi-project concrete supply chain is that the concrete demand planning,How to develop the preferred concrete supplier selection method and the realization of multi-project concrete distribution optimization.Secondly,a multi-project concrete supplier evaluation index system is established,which considers the competitiveness of concrete suppliers,the management ability and the cooperation potential.It is proposed to use the weighting method of combination weight and AHP and entropy weight to determine the minimum Index combination weight value,combined with improved TOPSIS model to optimize,from the source to ensure the quality of concrete supply.Thirdly,by analyzing the distribution characteristics of multiple concrete suppliers in cooperation with multiple construction sites,the construction of the concrete supply chain is established under the premise of ensuring that the concrete distribution vehicles are waiting for the total time of pouring and discharging and the waiting time of the construction site is the shortest waiting time Optimal Model of Multi-objective Concrete Distribution with the Shortest Running Time.Finally,the hybrid NSGA-2algorithm and the hybrid multi-objective particle swarm algorithm are used to solve the example.The optimal scheduling scheme and the total running time of the two kinds of multi-objective optimization algorithms are obtained.And it is proved that the two algorithms can converge better to the Pareto front end,but the hybrid particle swarm algorithm is more extensive and uniform than the mixed Pareto solution set obtained by the mixed NSGA-2algorithm,and it is shown that the hybrid particle swarm algorithm Target scheduling model has a better effect.This paper proposes a multi-project concrete supplier evaluation system and combination weighting method to improve the selection method of TOPSIS model,which provides a feasible method for building enterprises to optimize multi-project concrete suppliers to ensure the quality of concrete supply from the source.Multi-project concrete distribution optimization model and intelligent optimization algorithm,for solving the problem of multi-project concrete distribution has some practical significance.
