In the accelerating process of economic globalization,market competition and social division continued to deepen and refine,professional background,the formation of the era of supply chain management and supply chain environment is the enterprise to win the competitive advantage and the inevitable result of the extensive cooperation.China's engineering construction industry has entered a period of stable development,and managers of enterprises have gradually realized the importance of material procurement management of engineering projects to the sustainable development of enterprises.In the supply chain environment,procurement management is not only the main link of the whole project management,but also the material basis of the project construction,and also the key factor to determine the core competitiveness of the supply chain.Therefore,in-depth study of project procurement management in reducing redundant links and waste of funds in the supply chain environment,improve resource utilization,reduce the risk of project procurement,not only has important theoretical significance,but also has high practical significance.This paper is the research of the theories and practices on the basis of the Y company production base construction project procurement as the research object,the main research work is as follows: firstly,the status of project procureme nt management of Y company is analyzed.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment of Y project's material purchasing are analyzed systematically and comprehensively by using SWOT analysis method.At t he same time,the system of Y company project procurement,procurement management mode of the object,the theory of supply chain management knowledge and experience in the practice of combining Y company found that Y exists in the project procurement process and supplier management problems.In view of the deficiency of Y company's project procurement,the Carla Jack matrix is used to subdivide the procurement materials into four types: general,leveraged,bottleneck and strategic.Based on the classification of purchasing materials,this paper will combine the supply chain management thinking with the Y company project procurement process and supplier management two aspects of in-depth study.In the process of procurement management,aiming at the problem o f Y company project approval process and miscellaneous orders.So,this article mainly from the project organizational structure,material classification and items shift three aspects of process optimization strategy.In supplier management,supplier based on quantity,low utilization ratio,this paper mainly from the supplier classification,supplier selection and organization structure optimization design method three aspects of supplier management,supplier selection method and implementation of dynamic management using fuzzy AHP to optimize supplier.Finally,according to the characteristics of procurement process and supplier management,the evaluation system is established,and the implementation effect of the optimization scheme is evaluated.The main contribution of this paper is the theory of supply chain and procurement management to make use of the construction project of Y company the actual operation of the project procurement management,procurement process and supplier management problems in-depth analysis,the optimal strategy for the project of Y company,I hope this thesis can provide reference for domestic projects some of the company's procurement management.
