In the dissertation, the research on the supply chain of the owner based on multi-project, starting with the supply chain analysis of the owner based on multi-project, and after analyzing the feasibility that the construction multi-project implement the supply chain, the analysis of owner’s multi-project management model, the comprehensive analysis of the environment that inside and outside organization, the necessity that the owner as a core organization, sought and found the existing construction supply chain problems which is based on owners’multi-project, as well as the core of outside supply chain management of the owners based on multi-project; in order to preferably solve the existing management problems of the owner’s multi-project, to point against the process of analysis which is presented in the foregoing, the dissertation then optimizes and designs the construction supply chain based on multi-project of the owner ;In the multi-project system, the main flow inside the supply chain is information flow, capital flow and logistics, and logistics is the core, capital flow and information flow move both with the movement of the logistics. In order to solve the existing supply chain management problems of the owner based on multi-project, we must solve the logistics problems, so the materials purchasing management become the most important issue to be addressed in the supply chain management problems. Through the introduction and analysis of the current procurement model, the dissertation selects the basic procurement model which is appropriate to the current owner’s multi-project system, and further determines the centralized procurement management system model, and makes brief self comments on the centralized procurement system model ; Based on the new procurement model of the owner’s multi-project, the dissertation then starts with the supply chain optimization, to point against the current problems in the construction supply chain which is presented in the foregoing, respectively from the chain management strategy of the owner based on multi-project, the implementation of the supply chain environment design (consulting) unit management, the implementation of the supply chain environment contractor management, the implementation of the supply chain environment supplier management. and the reform of the multi-project management organizational structure of five aspects of analysis and argument, and then arrives at a simplified supply chain model of the owner’s multi-project, and based on which to design a complete supply chain model of the owner’s multi-project, through the compare and analysis of the old and new supply chain to prove that the validity and science of the new supply chain; and finally from the owner’s organization structure security and organization system security the two angles, respectively, analyzed and described a new type construction supply chain implement safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of the new supply chain.The research contents of the entire dissertation constitute a system supply chain optimization project design process based on multi-project of the owner, intend to solve the related problems that exist multi-project management of owner’s and, ultimately, to achieve the owner’s organization strategic objectives.We take advantages of theoretical research and survey research, emphasize theory should be combined with practice; design a supply chain management system which is adept to the situation of China. Owing to the lack of researches published in such field, this essay can obviously give the owners some references to perfect the supply chain management on multi-projects.
