Research On The Risk Management Of DL Bank's Non-standard Investment Business

In recent years,non-standard investment businesses,that are accounted outside balance sheets,developed rapidly.As a native bank,DL bank carried outnon-standard investment businessin 2008.Until 2013,thisbusiness had developed to its peak.However,some serious problems exposed because of poor risk managements etc.Facing management pressure and fierce market competition,DL bank urgently needs to improve the management level of non-standard investmentbusiness.This essay analyzes DL bank's risk management of non-standard investment business throughcase analysismethod.It analyzes the risk management problems existing in the non-standard investment business based on the business of B Shipping Co cooperated with the A Bank and proposed the resolutions.Due to the different problems existing in different non-standard investmentbusiness of commercial banks and the influence of regional economic development on non-standard investmentbusiness,case analysis makes the research more specific and more representative,which helps to solve the problems proposed in this essay.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the development background of non-standard investment business,the significance of the research and the foreign and domestic research state in non-standard investment business etc.The second part introduces the related theory of non-standard investment business,which provides good theoretical supports to this paper.The third part is the analysis of DL bank's situation of non-standard investment business and the investment business proposal of A Shipping Co.The fourth partintroduces the problems existing in the management of DL bank's non-standard investment business,including unclear division of responsibilities and non-standardized staff training etc.The fifth part puts forward the rectification suggestions to the problems.The sixth part is the summary of this paper.
