With the acceleration of economic globalization and the stimulation of domestic policies,the competition of diesel engine industry is becoming more and more serious.The key factor affecting consumer choice has varied from brand and price to customer service experience,corporate reputation,product price,after-sales service system and other diversified factors.As the subsidiary of Ger man based DEUTZ group and Chinese FAW Group,relying on the advanced product technology and rich market resources of both shareholders,Company D has developed with the vigorous support by the Dalian government on autom obile industry’s economic environment.This paper takes the operation optim ization of customer relationship management of company D as the research object,bases on operation management,customer relationship management,process managem ent,organizational flattening and other relevant theoretical research as reference,introduces the developm ent process of com pany D and the status of operation management based on custom er relationship first,focusing on the problems in operation and management process of customer relationship,researches the key factors of Inventory Control and Demand Response,with the usage of the combination of theory and empirical,qualitative and quant itative analysis,fi nally comes up with the corresponding optimization scheme for the key factors.The improvement scheme is mainly from the aspects of reducing the num ber of enterprise management,the function concentration,strengthening the control and accelerating the process.According to the improvement plan,the effect of the D diesel engine m anufacturing demand response is estim ated,and the effectiveness and rationality of the improved scheme is ensured.For the operation and management mode of diesel engine industry innovation,reasonable operation to achieve the optimal allocation of resources,and promote the level of management provides a new perspective,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win business with customers,improve the operation level of the significance of the overall developm ent of the industry.
