Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of network information technology,the informatization,intelligent and the professional level logistics services has been improved,the Third party Logistics enterprises also have great development.it is expected up to 30% growth rate of the third-party logistics service during the "thirteen-five years".they can focus on their own core competitiveness for Professional third-party logistics enterprises.it will not only help companies reduce operating costs and enhance competitiveness,but also can improve the service quality and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.However,as a social industry,the third party logistics industry mutual fragmentation,the lack of effective coordination,social logistics resources are difficult to integrate the configuration effectively,which result in the waste of logistics resources.because of the third-party logistics business strength uneven,Enterprises are difficult to obtain a comprehensive and effective information led to a sharp rise in logistics costs when they in the choice of third-party logistics service providers.with the development of big data,cloud computing and other technical,they provide a solid basis for the social logistics service resources to be reasonable and effective configuration.It has become an inevitable trend that government and other logistics services intermediary logistics services information platform integrate the resource in order to provide the best logistics services program and improve the efficiency of social logistics operation.In this paper,the theory of bilateral matching is applied to the matching of supply and demand of logistics service.By analyzing the characteristics and types of logistics service supply and demand matching,we design the logistics service evaluation index system of supply and demand,and give the matching principle and the process of the research of the matching between supply and demand of logistics service.Taking into account the demand and actual capacity both the supply and demand in logistics service,and construct a matching decision model for it.This paper applies the theory of information axiom to the problem of satisfaction calculation of bilateral matching decision-making,and comprehensively considers the five kinds of index types such as real number,interval number,triangular fuzzy number,linguistic variable and intuitionistic fuzzy number to meet the reality of logistics service supply and demand matching decision better.The method of calculating the satisfaction degree of real number,interval number and triangular fuzzy number index is put forward,and the method of calculating the satisfaction degree of intuitionistic fuzzy number based on intuitionistic fuzzy number cross entropy is proposed to solve the problem that satisfying degree of information satisfaction Resulting in an ineffective decision-making.This paper constructs a multi-objective optimization model aiming at the maximization of satisfaction between supply and demand of logistics service,and designs the corresponding optimization algorithm to solve it.Finally,the validity and advanced nature of the model are verified by examples.This paper summarizes the decision-making problem,the matching problems between supply and demand in the logistics service industry,is widely and representative,and has a certain forward-looking future.The application of bilateral matching theory to the matching of supply and demand of logistics service provides a new way to solve the problem of the matching between supply and demand in logistics service.For the fourth party logistics,government logistics information platform and other logistics service intermediary play a role to provide a convenient and efficient way to reduce the third party logistics enterprises and logistics needs of the overall logistics costs.Meanwhile,it also comprehensive consideration of the actual needs of both supply and demand,Integration the resource information in both sides to achieve the optimal allocation of social logistics resources and improve the efficiency of social logistics operations.Finally it can provide a future direction and guide the development of the logistics industry.
