The construction of Logistics enterprise information service is an important component of the logistics enterprise development strategy; it is an important goal to finish the logistics enterprise infonnation service for enterprise informatization. is the huge investment in the construction of information service really brings to the enterprise positive influence and brings expected effect for enterprise? Logistics enterprise information service will need to use a set of scientific evaluation method to objective assessment the information service effect,"No measurement no management", the measurement for Logistics enterprise infonnation service aims to know the problem of the construction for Logistics enterprise information service in the view of customer, so as to make it more perfect in this paper. We established Logistics enterprise information service customer satisfaction index model and Empirical research, according to the characteristics of Logistics enterprise information service in the people’s view.In the study on customer satisfaction measurement for Logistics enterprise information service, the main work is as follows:First, introducing the background of logistics enterprises information service customer satisfaction assessment research, and then puts forward the significance of this research in the view of logistics enterprises and the customer, And from the related concept about logistics enterprises information service, the development situation of logistics enterprise information service and relevant theory about customer satisfaction, etc to constructing the theory framework of logistics enterprise information service customer satisfaction; proposing the connotation of the customer satisfaction for logistics enterprise information service through drawing on the research results of the customer satisfaction (Customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction index and its formation mechanism); expounding the mechanism the customer satisfaction for logistics enterprise information service through analyzing the customer tolerance zones (ZOT) and analysis of logistics enterprise information service customerSecondly, the selection of potential variable and structure relation hypothesis based on ACSI, ECSI, CCSI classic model about customer satisfaction and combined with the actual situation that customers use logistics enterprise information service, selecting the relevant variables and proposing structural relationship hypothesis. Finally, putting Yueyang Town of Hunan province as the research object, we puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures based on the measurement result about the construction of the logistics enterprise information service system.
