Research On The Standardization Development Of The Surrounding Commercial Areas

In twenty-first century,with the development of economic globalization,knowledge economy and intelligent revolution in China,the relationship between education,especially higher education and economy is becoming more and more inseparable.Under the macro background of the rapid development of higher education in China,universities,as a powerful talent of knowledge in the region,as a city with a high concentration of resources,unlimited potential "treasure place",its strategic position clearly highlights;universities have been and will continue to show its strategic role and importance in all aspects of society and economy more than ever before.The surrounding commercial areas along with the rapid development of universities,and gradually formed a strong interaction between the university and the surrounding community,and gradually,its role and future development has received extensive attention from the government and the society.In the course of the development of the surrounding commercial areas,the problems and deficiencies are needed to be addressed.A survey carried out by the development of commercial areas surrounding the University,66% of the students thought that the surrounding commercial stalls clutter,the influence of traffic;62% of people think that the management of water services is low;67% of these commercial behavior of health security is not reliable;71% of the students support the construction of unified planning of the commercial pedestrian street.Thus,it is of practical significance to constantly adjust the development of ideas,standardize the development of the road,for the realization of sustainable development of the surrounding areas of the university is the key to the healthy development.Based on this,this paper focuses on the development of the surrounding areas ofWuhan universities.After the field investigation,we analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the surrounding commercial districts in Wuhan,and puts forward the concept of "standardization" of the surrounding commercial areas,and probes into the necessity and feasibility of the standardization development of the surrounding commercial areas.Based on the two-factor theory,the paper provides the constructive countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy development of the surrounding commercial areas in universities.The innovation of the paper lies in combining the students’ own development and regional economic and social development,to understand the development of universities and colleges and universities around the interpretation of economic development from the point of view of a complete analysis of the problem.And the subject can effectively complement the existing research results in the field of economic research,which has a strong theoretical significance and significance.
