In recent years,many major projects in our country have been the global attention,which also means that China began to move to the big country of construction,highlighting China's strength in the construction of the project.But the construction project in the construction work still exist the situation that the procurement is not standardized and high cost,Reduction in total cost of the project has become a problem.Although the supply chain procurement mode has been widely used,procurement activities still rely on traditional procurement mode,procurement mode also has a series of problems in the application,which have restricted the rapid development of construction engineering in our country.Under the background of rapid development in the construction project,the passage draws a lot of literatures and scholars' research,summarizing relevant theories and practical experience in procurement models at home and abroad,studies the optimization of material procurement model in construction project,for reducing purchase cost,and raises the optimization and improvement plan of material procurement models in construction project.First of all,definition and classification of procurement model,detailing the definition,characteristics,classification and importance of material procurement in construction project,and introduces the characteristics of material procurement in construction project based on supply chain management.Secondly,analyzing the material procurement in traditional construction project,introduces the common problems in the procurement of traditional materials;the analysis of material procurement model in construction project,focusing on supply chain procurement model,expounds the the features and applicable situation of centralized procurement model,JIT procurement model and supplier management inventory procurement model,compares the disadvantages and advantages of the three models.The necessity of applying material procurement model in construction project based on supply chain management is summarized.To reduce the cost of procurement,the passage propose the ideas and objectives of optimizing the material procurement model in the construction project,including the application of the Kraljic Matrix to classify the material and build the material positioning model,entropy method calculation;the gray-level association analysis method for the supplier selection;Applying centralized procurement model,JIT procurement model and supplier management inventory procurement model to procurement activities,combining the procurement cost calculation model,activity-based costing calculates the program can achieve the target of reducing procurement costs.Finally,the paper takes the procurement activities of a bid section as an example,raises the project profile,present situation of procurement and problems,and uses the above model to classify and locate 11 kinds of materials listed,and selecting excellent steel suppliers,the total procurement cost of the three kinds of procurement models is less than the total procurement cost in the existing procurement models,then raises the countermoves to promote the implementation of procurement model optimization plan in this bid section.
