Analysis On Use Efficiency Of Farm Land In Gansu Province Based On Super Efficiency DEA Model

In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional data envelopment analysis method that can not refine effectively unit,we introduced the super efficiency data envelopment analysis model to the farm land use efficiency research.We also using projection analysis and shadow pricerespectively to analyze the differences of effective evaluation unit.The causes of invalid evaluation unit and the impact on the efficiency of input-output change were also analyzed.At the same time,this paper analyzed farm land use efficiency of the changes in time utilization and regional differences in Gansu.The results show that:(1)In 2006-2012,the efficiency of agricultural resources input in Gansu was relatively high,average value is 0.927.From the space perspective,most of the city had a relatively high utilization efficiency in farm land.In 2006-2012,the areas with high utilization efficiency of farm land in Gansu had certainly agglomeration,and the high efficiency areas are mostly distributed in the Hexi Corridor Area,and then in Longdong area.Gannan,in Linxia,the livestock development is relatively large,this promoted the effectiveness of DEA.In the middle area of Gansu and Jiuquan,the agricultural natural conditions are congenitally deficient.There are many mountainous areas in Longnan area,but the water and heat conditions are sufficient,reasonable arrangement of input could make DEA effective.(2)According to contrastive analysis on super efficiency DEA of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,we could conclude that the city improved the internal efficiency is mainly affected by technical improvements or input increased.About the evaluation unit,the pure technical efficiency ranking is greater than the scale efficiency ranking,and the farm land utilization level mainly depends on the transformation of agricultural production technology.Because the pure technical efficiency ranking is greater than the scale efficiency ranking evaluation unit,the improvement of efficiency depends more on its input.(3)According to the returns to scale,farm land utilization in Gansu province is more in constant returns and decreasing trend.This shows that the expanding the scale of agricultural production in Gansu Province is somehow blindly,still need pay attention to the problem whether extensive utilization.(4)By using the projection analysis that belongs to super efficiency,we could only solve the method that only be improved on non effective evaluation units,or the current situation that increased the proportion of all inputs based on the super efficiency evaluation value.The input resources utilization rate and the improvement emphasis of invalid evaluation unit were obtained,as well as the direction that continue to optimize the effective evaluation units.(5)According to the analysis of shadow price,we can see that Gansu province is mainly limited by the special terrain,so we should deal with this in target and treat them differently.The shadow price of net application rate of chemical fertilizer is also small,and it is easy to ignore the excessive use of chemical fertilizer in the actual operation of agricultural production.The shadow price of the sown area of crops is large,which shows that it directly affects the output efficiency of farm land.From the view of output,the shadow price of per capital net income of farmers is much higher than the shadow price of grain output,which shows that the per capital net income of farmers of the benefit range increased is greater than that of grain production.
