Study On Urban Land Use Efficiency In Henan Province Based On The Three-stage Super-efficient DEA

Land is an important resource for urban development,the future economic development level of the city,the future size,the development potential,and the overall development orientation of the city are all restricted to the effective and sustainable supply of urban land.Since China's reform and opening up,the process of urbanization has been accelerating.In the process of urbanization,unreasonable phenomena such as unordered expansion of urban scale and continuous deterioration of urban ecological environment have emerged.Urban land use has also appeared extensive use of land,insufficient land reserves and other problems.With the progress of urbanization,it is advancing continuously,the urban development needs more and more land,which forms a sharp contradiction between the need of urban land and the limited supply of urban land.This requires that the city should rationally allocate land resources in the process of development,so as to meet the needs of urban development in the present and have a broad space for future urban development.With the continuous improvement of the national economic level,he nan has also been improving its own economic level with the development of the whole country,combined with the continuous promotion of the central rise strategy,the urbanization level of he nan province has been continuously improved,and the scale of the city has been continuously expanded.However,as a whole,the development of he nan city has occupied agricultural land around the city,especially farmland the land use efficiency of he nan is not ideal.The continuous occupation of agricultural land and the low efficiency of urban land use bring a series of economic,ecological and social problems.Therefore,it is very important to study the efficiency of urban land use in Henan provinceThis paper based on the different characteristics of DEA method and model.From the BCC model to the super-efficiency DEA model,and then to the progressive research idea of the three-stage super-efficiency DEA model,to reveal the characteristics of urban land use efficiency in Henan province and the law of time and space evolution.The dynamic law of urban land use in Henan province was analyzed with Malmquist analysis.Spatial correlation analysis was used to calculate the spatial correlation between urban land use efficiency in Henan province.The spatial dubin model is used to calculate the spillover effect of urban land use in Henan province.According to the article:(1)The overall efficiency of urban land use is better.The comprehensive efficiency and average efficiency of urban land use have decreased year,but the overall trend is increasing.During the study period,the number of cities with high technical efficiency of urban land use in Henan province decreased,and the number of cities with medium technical efficiency increased.(2)The complex relationship between input and output of urban land use is nonlinear.Based on the analysis of urban land use efficiency in Henan province,there is a certain relationship between the input of various resources in the city and the compensation of land use scale.It is not simply the economic or social service value that the more input factors will produce.The spatial difference of urban land use efficiency is obvious.Generally speaking,the land use efficiency is higher in the Midwest and southeast regions,the low utilization level in the northeast and the lowest land use level in the southwest mountainous area.At the same time,from the overall perspective,the urban land use in Henan province presents a relatively obvious spatial positive correlation,but the positive correlation is relatively weak.(3)Malmquist index computed result display,the land use efficiency of each sub-item has different growth characteristics.During the study period,the average production efficiency index of urban land use in Henan province was 1.002,which showed a positive growth of 0.2%.The mean value of urban land technical efficiency is 1.004,which is increasing at a rate of 0.4%.The average value of urban land technology progress was 0.992,negative to growth at 0.8%.From the perspective of pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency,the average value of the pure technical efficiency and the average efficiency of the urban land use increased by 0.1%and 0.3%respectively.(4)The efficiency of urban land use is moderate,and the regional difference is obvious.Generally speaking,the urban land use efficiency is higher in the central and southeastern regions,and the utilization level is lower in the northeast and the lowest level in the mountainous areas in the southwest.(5)The calculation results of the three-stage super-efficient DEA show that the efficiency of urban land use has decreased overall.After removing external environmental factors and random errors,the overall average value of urban land use efficiency in Henan province decreased by 3 percentage points.Most urban land use efficiency values also have a certain degree of decline.This shows that these cities are affected by external environmental factors and random errors.(6)In the third stage,the urban land use efficiency value presents positive correlation in space.During the study period,the estimated value of moran in urban land use in Henan province was all positive and passed the significance test.This indicates that there is a significant spatial positive correlation between urban land use in Henan province.Zhengzhou,as the provincial capital city,shows the continuous high concentration zone,which indicates that Zhengzhou has been in the dominant position of urban land use for reasons of geography,politics and so on.Through the analysis there is some spatial spillover effect on urban land use efficiency.It indicates that the land use of a city can affect the economic development of the region,and it also has relevant relation to the urban land use in other regions.
