Since 1970 s,due to global warming caused by greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide increases sharply has brought a series of social,economic,ecological environment and other issues,has seriously affected the sustainable development of social economy.Land use change is one of the main activities of global warming,which has become the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in addition to fossil fuel combustion emissions,accounting for 1/3.Therefore,different land use patterns on carbon storage / carbon emission,analysis of land use carbon emission and land use change in the quantitative relationship,not only can provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of land use to reduce carbon emissions,but also has important significance for the realization of the development of low-carbon economy.From the point of view of economic development rapidly in Guiyang,the most obvious for ten years,analyzed the changes of land use,comprehensive land ecosystem carbon budget and anthropogenic carbon emissions,which brought about changes in land use and its carbon storage and carbon emissions.Further,using the Markov model to predict the carbon emissions in 2020,to analyze the correlation of the change of land use structure and carbon emissions,and put forward the optimization of land use structure of carbon low carbon economy oriented growth and carbon emission reduction countermeasures based on.The main results are as follows:(1)in the ten years of 2000-2010,cropland,woodland and construction land changed most obviously,arable land decreased by 448.779 0km2,while the woodland and construction land were increased by 210.008 8 km2,200.794 8 km2,and the grassland,wetland and other land showed no change or small change.From the point of view of land use dynamics,the overall land use change rate in Guiyang is still relatively slow in the past ten years.Land use changes in the structure of the main performance is: the cultivated land into woodland and construction land,respectively229.32km2,178.71km2;construction land is the main land use types were transferred,transferred to 200.590 2 km2,while grassland,wetland and other land changed little.(2)in the ten years from 2000 to 2010,the city of Guiyang land ecosystems overall for carbon,carbon sequestration increased by 2 576.320 3×104t,the type of land use to maintain the soil carbon accumulation was 1 802.553 2 × 104 t,the type of land use change on the soil carbon accumulation was 106.669 4×104t,the type of land use to maintain vegetation carbon stock of 616.079 9×104t,the type of land use change on the vegetation carbon accumulation was 51.017 7×104t.At 2 107.940 0×104t of anthropogenic carbon emissions on the carrier of land use in Guiyang city in 2000,by 2010 nearly doubled,reaching 3 992.047 2 × 104 t,mainly due to Guiyang in the ten years in the stage of rapid development,the process of Rapid City,unreasonable energy consumption structure and low utilization rate.In 2010,Guiyang City Department of energy 3 464.79×104t carbon dioxide emissions,industrial processes and products using carbon dioxide emissions of 417.34×104t,42.45×104t,Department of forestry and animal husbandry of carbon dioxide emissions,carbon dioxide emissions of 67.46×104t waste disposal department.(3)using Markov model to forecast land use and carbon emissions in 2020.By 2020,the construction land area increased significantly,more than doubled in 2010,compared to other types of land use in 2010 there are different degrees of decline.It is predicted that by 2020,the soil carbon storage will reach 1 123.488 9×104t,the vegetation carbon storage will reach to 304.843 9×104t,the carbon emissions will reach to 6 845.859 8×104t,and the net carbon emission of land use will reach to of 5 418.724 7×104t.No matter the Markov model predicted data,or the overall planning of land use data,carbon emissions is always greater than the carbon accumulation,especially the construction land was the most obvious,and the forest and grassland carbon sequestration level cannot be ignored.(4)for the optimization of land use structure of low carbon economy,from the proposed carbon sink policy structure,soil and water conservation and ecological protection,land management,land management,grassland management of land use,the carbon emission reduction policies from the structure,agricultural carbon emission reduction,building land use land carbon emissions hand.
