| The protection of traditional culture in fact should protect its authenticity and retain its core skills,so the production protection of traditional culture is not simply to promote its production enterprise.Traditional handicrafts as the combination of culture and economy,art and technology,inheritance and development is economy-oriented,but the core competitiveness of value lies in its authenticity.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the production protection of Hami Uygur traditional embroidery.The article is composed of five parts.The first part puts forward the theoretical significance and practical significance of this study and the research purpose.According to the investigation,although Hami city embroidery enterprises have played a great role in upgrading the structure of rural enterprises,providing employment opportunities,increasing economic income,eliminating poverty,embroidery innovation,embroidery industry,etc.However,the core competitiveness of enterprises is weak,the organization of cooperatives,division of labor,talent,product standards,product development and other aspects there are still some problems.In order to solve these problems,in order to improve the core competitiveness of Hami embroidery enterprises and the research contribution of Hami embroidery enterprises development related research contribution meager strength,put forward some reference suggestions and countermeasures.Thirdly,this paper discusses the basic theory of labor division of labor,enterprise competitiveness theory,regional economic development theory,innovation theory and so on.And the analysis of the different views of the embroidery enterprises.Finally,the innovation of this paper is to improve the competitiveness of embroidery enterprises by the mode of r & d system + production standard + sales channel as the competitive ability.The second part,mainly discusses the Hami embroidery has a long history,a variety of cultural,regional,more types and so on the characteristics;And the basic concept of embroidery enterprises and embroidery enterprises.The third part,in the survey and research in six regions,found: one is,rich tourism resources,not only create favorable conditions for the development of tourism industry in Hami,but also play an important role in the development of Hami embroidery industry.Second,the embroidery human resources development.The interaction between embroidery culture resources and embroidery human resources development.Third,embroidery enterprise is an effective way to turn cultural advantage into resource advantage and economic advantage.Fourth,the embroidery enterprises provide employment opportunities for rural women to contribute to the poverty alleviation.Five is,the government support policy reduces the market risk,saves the operating cost.Sixth,entrepreneurs,embroidery innovation,embroidery brand is the key aspect of the development of the embroidery industry.In the fourth part,the research found that in the development of Hami embroidery enterprises,there are some problems,such as the protection,inheritance and development of embroidery enterprises and the lack of talents,the quality standard of embroidery products is difficult to unify,the understanding of women in Hami area needs to be improved,the internal division of labor is not clear,and lack of the social service environment of embroidery enterprises.In short,on the basis of case study and data analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Hami embroidery enterprises,such as enhancing the core competitiveness of Hami embroidery enterprises,using traditional elements + modern design + brand marketing as enterprise features,developing + production standard + sales channels as the development mode of competitive ability,strengthening the development of embroidery tourism and sericulture industry,strengthening the modern management of Hami embroidery enterprises and Hami embroidery to the world. |
