Complex networks theory is an important focus of the current scientific theory,one of the root cause of its wide application is the interdisciplinary across.Different areas In the study of complex network,through the establishment of appropriate network model,the statistical properties of network mechanism could be analyzed and the behavior of the network be predicted,which makes it more reasonable for people to control the entire network performance and design more reasonable network structure.Industry network is essentially a system on the basis of communication and cooperation in capital,knowledge and technology,which expresses a dynamic and open nature under the joint promotion of various factors and also has the characteristics of the of complex network structure.Based on complex network theory and industry evolution study.First,qualitative analysis used to study industry evolution mechanism,and then from the lateral diffusion of innovation and the longitudinal industrial structure evolution of the,two aspects has carried on the modeling and simulation,and finally take biotechnology industry as an example and to illustrate the universality of model and its instructive in the strategy of government.In this paper,the main research work is as follows:(1)In the diffusion of innovation level,three aspects of heterogeneity node itself,network effects and policy of market environment is generated,on the basis of EWA learning model,the parameter settings and the utility function is improved,to make the innovation strategy adopt decision for industrial enterprises in the network more applicable;Then,using theoretical derivation method to calculate the initial diffusion threshold,when meet the conditions,innovation in the industry will appear;Finally,parameter values are set reasonable,using Matlab to carry out the simulation and analysis of the three factors affecting the spread: the network structure,innovation and learning failure and policy efforts to prop up,and according to the result,recommendations given for the government to take the relevant policy based on the industry situation,which meaning a lot in reality and theory(2)In the industry topological structure level.First of all,set up the reconnect and edge broke mechanism in prior industry network as well as the join and connection mechanism of new node;And then integrated innovation diffusion process,the hybrid evolution model of industrial complex network established and simulation rules set;Finally,using the Matlab simulation respectively to study the influence of reconnect and edge broke speed,the new node joining speed and merit and random connection probability on the balance of innovation diffusion and the network topology,and policy suggestions given according to the conclusion(3)Taking American biotechnology industry as a case,the applicability of above models and methods are verified.At the same time,summary for industry development is given based on the analysis results,which is a great significance for the government to support high-tech industry for a healthy development.
