Reaserch On The Urban Planning Strategy Of "Urban Scenical Development" In Sanjiang Dong Minority Autonomous County Seat

With the arrival of the era of "mass tourism",the increase of economic income,the encouragement of national policies,the rise of "global tourism" and the changes of urban tourism demand and preference,"Urban Scenical Development" came into being,according to incomplete statistics 40 cities put forward the concept of "Urban Scenical Development",but the view of urban planning for "Urban Scenical Development" is lack,it needs to be further sorted out.That paper uses transdisciplinary research method,combining with the related research achievements of economics,geography,urban and rural planning and ecology,analyzing the structure of "urban scenic area",discussing the spatial characteristics of "Urban Scenical Development",and taking Sanjiang county seat as an example,putting forward the planning strategy of "Urban Scenical Development".The first part puts forward the problem as the third chapter,selects eight "Urban Scenical Development" construction case and plan,analyses the background,construction measures,tourism function area,tourist attraction,tourism traffic mode,landscape style,comprehensive benefit a nd so on,and summed up the main problems and experiences.The second part analyzes the problem as the fourth chapter,analyzes the relationship between the city and the scenic area,puts forward the forming conditions of "urban scenic area",combs the spa tial elements and spatial structure of "Urban Scenical Development ".The third part is to solve the problem,including the fifth,sixth chapter.The fifth chapter analyzes the general situation of Sanjiang county seat,the necessity of " Urban Scenical Development",the development direction of urban tourism and the spatial planning system.In the sixth chapter,from the planning and strategy level,the paper puts forward the concept of "Urban Scenical Development",such as the functional layout of tourism integration,regional landscape characteristics,tourism attraction and service facilities.The conclusion part summarizes the viewpoints of the whole paper,and puts forward the insufficiency of the research,and points out that with the development and evolution of the tourism market,"Urban Scenical Development" planning strategies need to adjust and improve constantly.
