Study On The Development Of Building Energy Efficiency Service Industry Based On Niche Theory

Building energy efficiency services by professional energy-saving service companies to provide users with a series of services to reduce building energy consumption from energy consumption monitoring,financing,transformation and management.The industry from the last century after the introduction of domestic,growing fast,and obtained the certain energy-saving effect,and gradually become the power can not be underestimated to promote energy-saving emission reduction in china.However,due to the lack of professionals,low capacity of EPC,people's limited knowledge,industy management system is not complete and other issues have hindered the development of the industry,so that development is far less than expected.The development of the industry is same as biological growth,and the external environment there are interdependent and mutually restricted relationship.Niche theory is based on the interaction between biology and the environment,to explore the relationship between the change of the environment and the position of the organism in the environment,and to describe the status of biological survival,and niche factor is a set of factors that cause the change of niche.As one of the core theories of the interaction between biology and the environment,Niche theory provides a new analytical perspective to explore the development of building energy efficiency service industry and the factors that hinder the development of it.Building energy conservation services industry niche portrayed its relationship with the external environment,reflecting the development of the industry,as well as the ability to adapt to environmental changes,reflecting thedevelopmen status of the industry,as well as the ability to adapt to changes in the environment.And the improvement of niche is its ability to adapt to the environment and the ability to obtain resources to enhance.The niche factors of building energy efficiency service are the factors that affect its niche change,and the role of each factor determines the industrial niche.This paper explores the development of Chinese building energy-saving service industry from the perspective of niche,using literature research,expert interviews,questionnaires and empirical research methods,and the main achievements are as follows: first,from the composition of the structure,the substance of the system,and information flow to explain the similarity of building energy efficiency service industry system with natural ecosystems,and constracts building energy efficiency services industry ecosystem,and the concept of building energy efficiency service niche and niche factor are defined respectively.Second,this paper constracts the Niche measurement index system of building energy conservation service industry using the Niche Ecostate-Ecorole theory.And quantitative determines the absolute and relative niche of the national economy by using this index system,the absolute and relative niche showed a steady growth situation,and the overall reflection of Chinese building energy-saving service industry is developing well,the ability to adapt to environmental changes is increasing and the in the status has been rising steadily in socio-economic.Then the niche factors that caused the change of building energy-saving service industry niche.further explored.Third,the six key niche factors which impacted the niche of building energy-saving service industry is analyzed by means of qustionaire and DEMATEL method from seventeen.And summed up six key niche factors,such as practitioners' quality,industry development strategic planning,industry support policy,market service system,building energy efficiency awareness,laws and regulations and technical standards system.Fourth,this paper raises some suggestions to enhance the building energy-saving service industry niche and promote the development of the industry combined with the building energy efficiency service industry niche and the extraction of the key niche factors.
