Energy industry is a pillar industry in Guizhou Province,and occupies an important strategic position in the economic growth of Guizhou province.But in the long run,the energy development model,which is the primary processing,has caused a lot of waste of natural resources and deterioration of the ecological environment,and has not changed the face of backward poverty in Guizhou.At the same time,with the ecological niche theory is widely used in economic analysis,to provide a new research perspective of economic research.Niche theory is applied to the research of industrial economics,which is mainly reflected in the industrial clusters and industrial competition,while the research on the industrial structure is relatively small.In this paper,we try to use the ecological niche theory to measure the energy industry structure of Guizhou Province,and calculate the industrial structure ecological niche of coal industry and power industry in Guizhou province.The reason why the choice of coal industry and power industry,mainly because of the rich coal resources and water resources in Guizhou Province,and the lack of oil,and solar energy,wind energy and other new energy has not formed a system.In this paper,the ecological niche measurement model of the energy industry structure is constructed based on the ecological niche model.According to the main analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive index system of the energy industry structure is divided into 8 primary indexes,including the economic dimension of the "state",the resource dimension,the science and technology,the scale of the cluster,"potential" aspects of environmental protection,science and technology innovation capacity,energy consumption capacity and cluster development forces.The first level index contains two 21 level index system.Then the relative importance of the two indexes is compared with the nine point relative importance,and the relative weight of each index of the coal industry and electric power industry are calculated respectively.Need to pay attention to the power industry and the coal industry structure index system is not consistent with the weight of the index system,because the coal industry and the power industry is not the same as their own characteristics.After the non dimensional treatment statistical data of 2005-2014 was brought into the energy industry structure measurement model,it is concluded that the coal industry and power industry structure the value of ecological niche.It can be seen from the results that the value of the coal industry structure is always higher than the value of the structure of the petroleum industry.It shows that the coal industry occupies the leading position in the energy system,which is in line with the current situation of energy in Guizhou province.In view of the current situation of the coal industry leading the energy structure,the author put forward the relevant strategies to optimize the energy industry structure of Guizhou province.Reflected in the industrial structure of the niche "state" leve,adjusting the economic niche to optimize the industrial structure of the three times;expanding energy niche and developing alternative energy sources;expanding the size of the cluster to strengthen the implementation of the strategy of coal power integration and expanding policy niche to provide institutional guarantee for the development of energy industry.Embodied in the industrial structure of the niche "potential" level of strategy: increase the environmental input to improve environmental protection and increase investment in science and technology to improve the ability of science and technology innovation.
