Research On The Construction Of The Aged Care Service System For The Disabled In Rural Areas

Disabled elderly is a relatively weak group.Compared with the city,the rural disabled elderly living situation is worrying.According to the 2010“4th China urban and rural living conditions of the elderly sample survey”found that national disability?half disabled elderly population of approximately 40.63 million people,the poor and low-income rural disabled elderly population still more,the contradiction between supply and demand of rural aging service industry is still sharp.With the development of economy and society and the improvement of living standard,the demand for disabled elderly care has been increasing.It is more urgent to construct the aged service system for disabled elderly people in rural areas.For this purpose,the government issued a series of related documents,and repeatedly stressed the problem of disability elderly care,encourage the development of the pension service industry,clearly pointed out that to protect the basic life of the disabled elderly.By reading literature,make the second analysis of survey dates of the Qingdao Pension Services Association in the rural disabled elderly care service system construction project,and with the analysis of relevant staff to communicate,it is found that the current rural disabled elderly in home care,institutional care,community care and resource integration issues more than city prominent.Family caregivers face physical and mental pressure,single form of family care,lack of medical care,institutional care has ideas,economy and institutional obstacles,the community day care center use rate is low,operation mechanism is not perfect,the community service is single,lack of effective integration of resources,are the main problems existing in the rural disabled elderly pension.In order to solve this problem,from encouraging family centered care,strengthen the construction of pension services,encourage participation of multiple welfare care services,explore medical support integration model innovation,improve supporting system measures and so on,to establish a pension service system suitable for the life care of rural disabled elderly people.
