| The quality and safety of dairy products has always been a topic of people.The raw milk,as the beginning of dairy products supply chain,is the basis to protect the dairy products’ quality and safety.In recent years,the development of dairy industry has made outstanding achievements in Jilin province,but there is a very big gap between Jilin and the developed province.Therefore,Jilin province should develop dairy industry from the root to improve the quality of raw milk roundly and win the trust of consumers by the high quality milk,which can promote the development of dairy industry at well in Jilin province.Based on the theory of supply chain,the key links about the quality of dairy products were analyzed,and then the system of evaluation about raw milk’s quality was constructed.After that the control situation about quality of raw milk was stated and analyzed,the key factors about the quality of raw milk were found out,finally the improvement measures were put forward based on the conclusion.Firstly,the theory of Kano was used to identify the key link that affecting the quality of dairy products,and the raw milk production and circulation were considered as the key links affecting the quality of dairy products.The evaluation system of raw milk’s quality,which provide foundations for the questionnaire and investigation,was built.Secondly,the control status of raw milk’s quality was evaluated and analyzed combining the BP neural network and MIV method in Jilin province.Results show that the quality and structure of feed,the level of cow,breeding environment,the level of disease prevention and the equipment health are the key controlling factors affecting the safety of raw milk in Jilin province,thus some measures were raised.Developing alfalfa industry can make the structure of forage optimization in Jilin Province;Strengthening the construction of dairy breed breeding system can make the structure of dairy cattle varieties optimization;Regulating the construction of dairy farms can make the dairy farming environment clean,and which can guarantee the quality and safety of raw milk;Strictly regulating the safe use of veterinary drugs,and improving the establishment of disease prevention system;At last,increasing the cleaning and disinfection frequency of milking equipment to ensure the quality of raw milk quality. |
