High-quality agricultural development is an important way to realize agricultural and rural modernization and a major source of rural revitalization.Since reforming and opening,our agricultural economy is growing rapidly,but quality problem is worrying.As an important core area of commodity grain production in China,Jilin Province has always been exploring how to achieve high-quality agricultural development by virtue og police support and resource advantages,and making important efforts to revitalize Notheast China.However,in recent years,in the process of agricultural development in Jilin Province,there are still too much pressure of agricultural economic growth,unreasonable industrial structure,severe ecological environment,increasing urban-rural income gap and other problems,which restrict the process of high-quality agricultural development.Therefore,how to scientifically locate the high quality of agriculture in Jilin Province at the present stage is very important.This paper adopts a combination of macro and micro perspectives,selects Jilin province and 39 counties(cities)as the research objects,takes the connotation of high-quality agricultural development as the basis,and constructs a high-quality agricultural development index system in Jilin province based on previous research and actual situation.Firstly,the spatial characteristics of the level of agricultural high-quality development in Jilin Province and 39counties(cities)in 11 years are measured by the entropy method;secondly,the spatial characteristics of the level of agricultural high-quality development in Jilin Province are analyzed by the kernel density estimation method;finally,the obstacle factors are analyzed by the obstacle factor diagnostic model and targeted countermeasure suggestions are put forward.The research results show that(1)from the time analysis,the level of high-quality agricultural development in Jilin Province from 2010 to 2020 shows a stage-type growth trend,and the power shift to promote agriculture and industrial structure optimization to promote agriculture is gradually improved as the source of high-quality agricultural development in Jilin Province;(2)from the spatial analysis,with the change of time,the level of high-quality agricultural development in Jilin Province and the middle and east regions are weakly differentiated between the two levels and the Middle East has a higher degree of aggregation,while the western region has a more obvious phenomenon of its own polarization and a larger gap between its two regions.(3)From the analysis of obstacle factors,green ecological prosperity and efficiency prosperity of agriculture are the obstacle factors for the high quality development of agriculture in Jilin Province at this stage,while the obstacle factors in the middle,east and west regions vary with the change of time.Based on this,this paper combines the regional characteristics of Jilin Province and the results of obstacle factors to implement zoning measures to promote:(1)the central region focuses on improving the level of ecological development in the future,implementing black land restoration projects and continuously injecting new agricultural power.(2)The eastern region,relying on its location,natural resource conditions and characteristic industrial base,will continue to implement ecological protection and construction,create mountainous characteristic industries and realize value-added.(3)Western regions gradually narrow the gap through regional industrial linkage;continue ecological restoration projects to reduce land salinization and ensure food security;optimize the layout of agricultural production and improve agricultural production efficiency.
