Research On Rural Human Resource Development In Liuhe County Of Jilin Province

In today's era,countries all over the world to realize fully rational development of human resources is the first motive force in the economic development,our country is agricultural country since ancient times,has a wealth of human resources to be exploited in the rural areas,the rural construction and development of the socialist primary task is to intensify development of rural human resources,which help to achieve the new target of our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Jilin province is China's traditional agricultural big province,some of the local economy is relatively backward,rural population occupies important parts,with liuhe county as an example to research and put forward the proposal of rural human resources reasonable development,and promote the development of economy of liuhe county and the province of jilin province.Research on human resources development,the first to define the meaning of human resources,this article will from the two aspects of Labour mobility theory and human capital theory and combined with relevant data and real data of liuhe county human resources for detailed analysis.In addition,this article from the quality,quantity and structure defects in three aspects were discussed,and base of liuhe existing main but the investment of education,basic education system and professional training system is weak,medical social security system fall behind,and the imperfection of the human resources structure,etc.In this paper,we suggest the first: vigorously construction of rural education system;The second: establishing and perfecting the medical security system;Third: to perfect the structure and reasonable development of human resources.
