With the rapid development of Internet,Chinese Internet population is growing at an alarming rate every year,the rapid development of e-commerce in China,an d the third party paym ent platform and the improvement of the security,the network trade has made rapid developm ent,so as to gradually make the electronic commerce become a kind of fashion in the society.Spices industry of Yongchun is a typical representative of Traditional industry in Yongchun,it has become a m ain product of yongchun county foreign trade export,but the m ost of the spices indus try in Yongchun belongs to a typical trad itional enterprises,inefficient operation m ode,concept behind,outdated equipment,it is difficult to be stronger,so the indust ry needs transform ation.Using e-comm erce industry upgrading,which is beneficial to the range of rapidly promote the Yongchun industry all over the world,but also to reduce the operating costs of Y ongchun enterprises improve profit margins.The main research of this article is the spices industry of Yongchun electronic commerce development strategy,through to the electronic commerce overview of relevant theories and the spices indust ry of Yongchun and the industry electronic commerce development present situation analysis,then find out the problem of spices in the process of industrial development,and puts forward some Suggestions.First of all,through literature,e-comm erce development model of traditional industry,regional e-commerce industry developm ent mode,spices of Y ongchun industry development were studied.Then,through th e government's official data and the related data of the industry,analyzing the present development of spices of traditional industries,there are industry development present situation as well as the electronic commerce development present situation,find spices there are possibility of industry e-commerce development.Through field trip to a few enterprises,take a look at these companies now what are the advantages in the process of operation,and what are the problems,they are how to deal with,get the idea to solve the problem,in the end,from theory to practice,analysis of spices of Yongchun industry electronic commerce development strategy,to create more space for development to the industry.The article mainly use SW OT analysis of development strategy,the article analyses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats,to find a suitable for spices industry of Yongchun development strategy.Spices of Y ongchun industry electron ic commerce developm ent strategy research has important practical significance,and it has a certain reference value,also for the spices of Yongchun to further improve the construction of the brand to provide the reference.
