A Study Of Public Transport Infrastructure Management In Quanzhou City

After 30 years of reform and opening up,the economy and society of China have been rapid developed.As for the process of urbanization,urban population and the rapid development of motor vehicle,the original public transport infrastructure and management have failed to keep pace with the urban development,and also causing traffic congestion,a high incidence of traffic accidents,environment pollution and so on.This situation in Quanzhou city is not exception.The vehicles was 1.873 million in 2014(From Quanzhou net),on average every four people have 1 vehicles,and it has been rapid growth year by year,urban public transport infrastructure is far behind surge in motor vehicle and exceeding the demand of economic development.To alleviate the traffic problems of Quanzhou city,based on the key problem of the urban public traffic---“the management of urban public transport infrastructure”,discussing the position and the function of local government about it,to provide theoretical guidance and practical support for the government to the city's management of public transportation infrastructure.From the aspect of the management system,law guarantee system,comprehensive study to research the overall framework of how to realize the management of urban public transport infrastructure in low.Further more to analyze the present configuration of power in the government of those major cities at home and abroad.In this paper,starting from the present situation of Quanzhou city.and combining with the design,approval,construction,management,and supervision of it to discuss the government functions.According to the problems in Quanzhou city,putting forward some suggestions targets from management system,the government service concept,legal guarantee and supervision.Hope to complete the system of the public transportation infrastructure management in Quanzhou city.
