Research On Operation Quality Management Based On The Upgrading And Reconstruction Of SS Sewage Treatment Project

Quality management has become a widely concern and crucial issue in both modern industrial society and national economic development.As a domestic sewage treatment system in SS downtown,the plant's tail water already reaches the grade one-B standard.However,the tail water quality is still lower than the quality of type V surface water.It belongs to low-carbon,high nitrogen and phosphorus sewage.It has high risk of eutrophication which will against the improvement of inner river system.Therefore,the upgrading and reconstruction project will enable the plant to keep pace with time through unremitting effort.This project meets the demand of both up-to-date green development and sustainable development.Firstly,use documentary method: summarizing and presenting related theory from journal and other academic books.Then combine the theory and practice base on the practical situation of upgrading and reconstruction project.Analyze the existing problems in the operation process,it summarize the five main quality management elements in the process upgrading and reconstruction project.The elements are man,machine,material,method,and environment.For the project,energy conservation,consumption decrease and tail water standardization are decided by operators management level to equipment and techniques.In order to promote and enhance operations quality management level,planned implementation to the project's quality management system is necessary.First,set up quality management target and establish quality management system.Second,raise proper management measure in account of five main elements.At last,evaluate the quality management result by the methods of economic analysis and mathematical statistic,achieve inspiration from quality improvement measure.In the process of upgrading and reconstruction project,SS sewage treatment plant has great progress on quality awareness and quality management level since the establishing of both quality management system and project quality management measure.In the meantime,sewage treatment techniques are improving,yearly safety run time reach 360 days,power consumption is 0.18 k Wh per ton,chemical consumption is 3.0 kg per ton of sewage sludge.Compare with previous years,energy consumption are greatly decreased and treatment cost are reduced.Gained acceptance and acknowledgement from 95% customers,and social satisfaction are significantly improved.
