The new generation of employees has become the mainstay of enterprises and institutions,but they show a higher turnover intention,it is understood that the new generation of employees in the service sector and the manufacturing sector turnover rate has reached more than 30%.Therefore,how to reduce the turnover rate of new generation employees and improve their loyalty is of great significance for enterprises.In this paper,through literature review,summarizes some basic characteristics of the new generation of employees,a clear definition of emotional intelligence,organizational justice and turnover intention,the theory model,the related research and measurement scale and analyzes.This paper discusses the relationship among emotional intelligence,organizational justice and turnover intention.Through the questionnaire survey and star production targeted release,the valid questionnaires using statistical software for data analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods to research the hypotheses.The analysis results show that 4 dimensions of emotional intelligence and organizational justice has a significant positive correlation,emotional intelligence and its 4dimensions and turnover intention showed a significant negative correlation between the organizational justice and turnover intention showed a significant negative correlation between organizational justice,part of the intermediary between emotional intelligence and turnover tendency.According to the results of empirical research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the high turnover rate of the new generation of employees.
