The new generation employees are gradually developing into a new power in the workplace.Their personality and working characteristics are different from those in other times,resulting in their higher turnover rate,which seriously affects the development of modern enterprises.Compared with other leadership styles,the transformational leadership is more concerned with the employee's spiritual level and can cater for the need of new generation's self-pursuit,which makes a certain inhibitory effect on turnover intention.Besides the transformational leadership is concerned with the psychological needs of the new generation employees so that they can improve the psychological capital of the new generation employees through their own positive role in the organization.The positive psychological state of the new generation of employees can also guarantee the positive response to the organization and leadership,and play an important role in the transformational leadership and the turnover intention of the new generation employees.Organizational justice,as an important factor in the understanding of the organization,will affect the level of employees' psychological capital.Therefore,it is helpful to explore the relationship between the transformational leadership and the turnover intention,as well as the role of psychological capital and organizational justice in reducing the turnover intention of the new generation of employees.On the basis of combing and analyzing the literature,this thesis defines the meaning of new generation employees,transformational leadership,psychological capital,turnover intention and organizational justice,and divides the transformational leadership,psychological capital and organizational justice respectively.This thesis explores the relationship between transformational leadership,psychological capital,organizational justice and the turnover tendency of the new generation employees,and constructs a conceptual model of the influence of the transformational leadership with psychological capital as the intermediary on the turnover intention of the new generation employees which is verified by multiple regression analysis method.The results show that the transformational leadership has a significant impact on the turnover intention of the new generation employees which can inhibit the turnover intention of employees by increasing the psychological capital of the new generation employees.In this process,the organizational justice has the role of regulating the transformational leadership and psychological capital,and reduce the turnover intention of the new generation employees more effectively,in which the regulation of procedural fairness is not significant.
