Research On Trade Facilitation System In Guang Dong Pilot Free Trade Zone

With the further development of economic globalization,the degree of global trade liberalization has significantly improved.Trade facilitation is one of the important factors to promote trade liberalization,it has great significance to research its development trend.How to reduce the cost of trade and establish a modern and efficient trade facilitation system has become an increasingly important issue for major countries.Since join the WTO,China have the treaty obligation of promote trade facilitation process which is the rigid demand for further undertake the world economic transfer.Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone(Guangdong Pilot FTZ)establish in this national context,as a leader of the new flourish generation of free trade area,improve its trade facilitation system framework has far-reaching significance.This paper takes the existing trade facilitation system of Guangdong Free Trade Area as the research object,and extends its connotation to the new explanation of legislation,supervision system and concrete implementation system.Respectively,analysis the status of the system to analyze the existence of the problem.I selected two most interesting areas-the US Foreign Trade Zone and the Singapore free port to study,analyzed their successful experience for inspire the Guangdong Free Trade Area.Finally,according to the characteristics of Guangdong Free Trade Area,I recommend some pertinent effective recommendations how to improve the innovation of Guangdong Free Trade Area facilitation system.This paper is intended to improve the construction of trade facilitation system in Guangdong Free Trade Area,but also to provide a improvement experience template of trade facilitation for China's overall free trade area.
