| The establishment of a PFTZ acts as a major move for establishing a new system of the open economy strategic deployment,and is also the core of international trade and investment and the system innovation and policy changes.Under the new situation of globalization,the new world issues of common concerns is trade and investment facilitation by reducing transaction costs,improve trade and investment,as well as increasing investment interests by actively simplifying the coordination of international trade and investment system and procedures.Though the overall worldwide level,trade and investment facilitation in China is at the hierarchical level,in terms of simplification,coordination and facilitation of international trade,extraordinary gap still exists.This thesis is based on integration of trade and investment,trade facilitation,investment facilitation index assessment.It is based on trade facilitation,investment facilitation measures with the analysis of its effect.And on this basis the comparison and applicability analysis of the international mainstream trade and investment facilitation index system is carried out,the Trade Facilitation Index and the business environment are analyzed in this essay,which will lead to the comparison of specific index and then bring about the evaluation for China's PFTZ.At the same time,this paper conducts a comprehensive and systematic qualitative analysis on the innovation of trade and investment facilitation system in China(Tianjin)Pilot Free Trade Zone.This paper adopts the principal component analysis method and takes China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone Area as the object of comparison.Finally,according to the current situation of Tianjin's further deepen reform and the pace of development and construction of Tianjin PFTZ test area,this essay is about to provide the suggestions and advices for PFTZ. |
