Banking is a special service industry, the importance of today's international commercial banks generally emphasize the service can be said that the service creates value have to follow the development of commercial banks in the process of standards. Major commercial banks are trying to provide customers with more personalized services and market demand for financial products,through differentiated,innovative services to maintain customer relationships, enhance their competitiveness in the market.With the continuous development of China, economic growth, to conform to the laws of the market, talent shows itself in the growing homogenization of services, must accurately locate their target market and customer groups, to strengthen the service innovation. Based on the current international mainstream, innovation of domestic commercial bank service mode analysis,mainly to the Guangdong Development Bank Zhengzhou Branch as an example, the depth of the Guangdong Development Bank Zhengzhou Branch to do in the process of the development of innovative service instance, using SWOT analysis model, analysis of the characteristics of the Guangdong Development Bank Zhengzhou Branch serves its own advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges one by one according to the analysis, the problem of SWOT,combined with SWOT matrix strategy in Guangdong Development Bank Zhengzhou Branch development strategy, focus on the innovation of research on customer segmentation, market positioning, product and marketing strategy.In this paper,through summarizing the development of Guangdong Development Bank Zhengzhou Branch appliancecharacteristic service problems in the cause of concentrated problem analysis, and based on the service marketing and the relevant theory of banking operation guidance, put forward to improve the development of service marketing strategies of commercial banks, to help banks to solve the problems in the development of service marketing,improve service marketing efficiency. This paper tries to provide a path for the characteristics of the Commercial Bank of China, provide useful experience for the future planning and development direction.
