Since 2013,the state has put forward "The Belt and Road","the Yangtze River Economic Belt" and other development strategies,the purpose is to transport a large channel as a link to the interconnection as the foundation,to build a community of destiny as the goal,to cooperation as the characteristic,the construction of new regional cooperation mode.Zhejiang Province,Ningbo city also proposed to make full use of the strategic opportunities and Ningbo-Zhoushan port advantage,to create radiation in the Yangtze River Delta,the impact of East China's Ningbo port economic circle".Ningbo-Zhoushan port area has obvious advantages,strong port management ability,high degree of economic openness,integrity of the modern industrial system,has the reality of the port economic circle and layout of the big channel.Construction of the port economic circle,the key lies in its radiation and driving force.Therefore,channel construction is the foundation and play a leading role,this paper focuses on the channel construction in the process of building Ningbo port economic circle,based on the connotation and characteristics of Ningbo port economic circle,the relationship between channel construction and regional economic development.Firstly,based on the relevant literature,this paper defines the concepts of port economy,economic circle,port economic circle and channel construction.Secondly,through the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis method of Ningbo port economic circle construction of the channel based on reality,current situation,problems and channel construction and regional economic development correlation analysis,diagnosis and empirical research,Secondly,through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes,diagnoses and studies the real basis,current situation,problems and the correlation between channel construction and regional economic development in Ningbo port economic circle,so as to obtain constructive conclusion,To provide theoretical basis and route reference for Ningbo port economic circle construction,to specify the direction for the layout of the harbor channel and put forward feasible suggestions.The paper found that the Ningbo port economic circle channel layout has become increasingly mature,Ningbo port economy,bridge economy,marine economic development to provide a strong guarantee.But there are still harbor flute structure,multimodal transport efficiency is low,the layout of the railway channel to be optimized,the road transport cargo station layout is not mature,information platform construction lag and so on.Then,the paper uses econometric method to analyze the relationship between Ningbo port channel layout and economic development.The article chooses the port container volume and the total mileage of the road as the representative level of the channel construction level,select the city GDP,the number of social employment,port import and export as the Ningbo port economic circle of economic development representative indicators,intercepted the city of Ningbo from 1995 to 2015,21 years of data for the sample,The relationship between the port volume and the total mileage of the highway and the regional GDP,the number of social employment and the import and export of ports.The results show that in the long term,the total container mileage and the total mileage of the highway are in line with the urban GDP,social employment and the total amount of port entry and exit.In the long run,Of the positive cointegration relationship,which shows that channel construction has a positive role in promoting regional economic development.Then,through the Granger causality test,the causal relationship and the causal direction of the above variables are analyzed.It is concluded that there is a one-way Granger causality between the port volume and the social employment and the total import and export of the port.There is no obvious causal relationship between the mileage and the urban GDP,and only 83.1% of the probability shows that there is a single causal relationship between the total mileage of the highway and the total causal relationship between the total mileage of the road and the social employment and the total import and export of the port.The Granger causality test verifies the cointegration relationship between variables,that does not appear pseudo-regression problem.According to the research results,the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Ningbo port economic circle channel layout.That in accelerating the improvement of the port economic circle infrastructure construction,optimize the transport service system and other aspects need to increase investment.From the theoretical point of view,the current domestic and international research on the port economic circle is not a lot,its related areas such as port industry cluster,port economy,growth pole theory,channel economy and other aspects of certain research results.Based on the research results of related scholars,this paper is inspired to determine the research focus and research methods.Through the qualitative research,the status quo and the problem are summarized,and the quantitative and quantitative research is very scientific and innovative.The conclusion is rigorous theoretical and empirical basis.This has enriched the research theory of the construction of the economic circle and the construction of the channel,and has some reference significance for the current and future study of the relationship between the port economic circle,channel layout,channel capacity and regional economic development.
