Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Online Shopping Food Quality Performance And Evolutionary Game Theory

With the continuous development of economy and technology,shopping food online has become a trend.The traditional food industry combined with the Internet,so that the food industry to occupy a broad space for development.in e-commerce platform.Today,online shopping food trade has become a major part in China's food industry sales,consumers can buy food at home.However,Online shopping to bring convenience to consumers at the same time there are many problems.Online shopping transactions in the virtual,uncertainty and information asymmetry and other characteristics,resulting in occurring online shopping food quality problems frequently.For a long time,China's online shopping food quality has been a key issue for the government and people.There are many factors affecting food safety,which exist in every link of food supply chain.The longer the food supply chain,the more links,the more likely the food safety issues.Combined with the characteristics of online shopping supply chain,the factors affecting the quality of online shopping food are more complex.Through the study,we find that the existing research on the quality of online shopping food is based on theory mainly,and most of them focus on the purchase intention and loyalty of customers.Therefore,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the quality of online shopping food quality,this paper analyzes the quality of logistics service and the quality of information sharing from the perspective of online shopping platform.Specific contents are as follows:First of all,this paper study on the factors affecting the online shopping food quality by introducing relationship quality and constructs the influence model of relationship quality,logistics service quality,information sharing,supplier quality management and quality performance.By the empirical analysis,the research has discovered that the logistics service quality,information sharing and supplier quality management have a positive impact on the quality of the food business in 145 online stores food businesses;at the same time,the relationship quality not only have an effect on the quality performance through information sharing,logistics service quality and supplier quality management,but also have effect on quality performance through information sharing and logistics service quality or information sharing and supplier quality management indirectly.Secondly,from the perspective of information flow and logistics,this paper analyzes the two important factors that affect the quality of online shopping food quality,including the quality of information sharing and the quality of logistics services.Through the establishment of replicator dynamic equation and trend dynamic phase diagram,this paper analyzes the evolution game strategy of the main body of the online supply chain.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by numerical experiments and Matlab simulation.This paper study on the factors affecting online shopping food quality performance and the evolutionary game of information and logistics quality supervision from the perspective of online shopping food quality.On the one hand,it provides a new perspective for online shopping food quality promotion,lay the theoretical basis for the relevant scholars to study the quality of online shopping food.On the other hand,for online shopping platform,it is conducive to improve food quality and reduce consumer concerns about the quality of online shopping food.To provide a safe and reliable food trading online shopping environment for consumers,enhance consumer online shopping food purchasing power,and promote the healthy development of online shopping food industry.
