| The emergence of the online shopping food market has changed the traditional way people buy food,so that people can buy all kinds of food without leaving home.However,while online shopping products bring more convenience and consumption choices to consumers,they also have some food safety problems.The experience of food,the characteristics of trust products and the virtuality of the network,cross-regional and other factors have led to asymmetry in online food information,difficulties in consumer rights protection,and difficulties in government supervision,which has led to many online food safety incidents.This also reflects the existence of problems in some aspects of online food safety supervision in China,and in-depth analysis of the regulatory issues of online food safety to promote the healthy development of the online shopping food market.In view of the supervision of online food safety,this paper firstly analyzes the 650 online food safety incidents in China in recent years based on grounded theory,analyzes the problems existing in online food safety supervision,and constructs a model of online food safety supervision.Based on the prospect theory,this paper establishes the evolutionary game theory model between online shopping trading platform and government regulatory department,analyzes the dynamic strategy choices of both sides of the game,and introduces the government's incentive policy for online shopping trading platform to promote online food safety control..Then the consumer is introduced into the game model of the online shopping transaction platform and the government regulatory department,and the strategy choices of each participant in the three-party game are analyzed.Finally,based on MATLAB R2018a,the sensitivity of the two parties' game between the government regulatory department and the online shopping transaction platform and the three-party game of introducing consumer participation supervision are carried out,and the influence of parameters on the decision of the game members is analyzed.The results show that the high cost of supervision,low cost of illegality,and unreasonable regulatory system are the main causes of food safety supervision;government regulatory agencies,online shopping trading platforms and consumers' choice of online food safety supervision strategies will be related to each other.The impact of cost and revenue loss;when the government regulatory authorities implement appropriate incentives and penalties for online shopping trading platforms,the choice of control strategies for online shopping trading platforms will have a positive impact;consumers actively participate in online food safety supervision for various government regulatory agencies,The strategic choice of online shopping trading platforms has a positive impact.Finally,relevant policy recommendations were put forward in a targeted manner.Figure[13]table[12]reference[77]. |
