In the era of information technology,technology increasingly updates rapidly.Production and research cooperation innovation is gradually becoming a new way that knowledge production and technology transfer,and has been an important form of national innovation system.How to realize the innovation of production and research cooperation and reduce the intellectual property risk in cooperation has become the focus of academic attention.At present,scholars' research on intellectual property risk mainly studies the conflict of intellectual property rights faced by enterprises from the perspective of law.There are few literature on the research of intellectual property risk from the perspective of management.Although the law of our country has protected intellectual property rights,the innovation of production,teaching and research cooperation often involves the tacit knowledge.And there are different knowledge among the enterprise,the university and the scientific research institution due to their different social functions of the exercise.While the poor potential between members of the organization will lead to obstacles in knowledge transfer,and make them more difficult to reach a a consensus with a low efficiency of knowledge management.Based on these theories and deduction,this paper attempts to study the influence of knowledge gap between enterprises and universities and scientific research institutions on intellectual property risk,so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises.Based on the review of theoretical literature and the theory of cooperation,knowledge gap,intellectual property risk and cooperative governance,this paper constructs the model that knowledge gap between enterprises and universities has an influence on the intellectual property risk by considering cooperative management as adjust variables.And then the model is tested by applying analysis method of exploratory factor,confirmatory factor and multiple regression and also through questionnaire survey of knowledge potential difference between enterprises and universities,intellectual property risk situation and cooperative governance.The conclusion of this paper shows that the risk of intellectual property can be divided into two dimensions: The difference of knowledge has a significant effect on the risk of intellectual property.The cooperative governance has certain influence on the risk of intellectual property rights.It plays an regulatory role in the relationship between knowledge potential and intellectual property risk.
